Dr. Zhao is the best.

I came out of my check-up with a much better idea what the health of my eyes are like. Dr. Zhao took time to explain my prescription and recommended way to take better care of my eyes.

I saw her after seeing other optometrists in Vancouver and I was impressed by her knowledge, thoroughness, and kindness. You’re immediately aware she is passionate about her field and does a great job simply explaining everything she does. I will be coming back!

I don’t usually leave reviews but I can’t help but be reminded to pay it forward every time someone compliments me on my glasses, which is very frequently, which is surprising considering I got them over a year ago. I decided to come here to get an updated prescription after I went to another place I was very skeptical of after the optometrist there spent 5 minutes tops, to hastily write me a prescription very off from my previous one. I saw Dr. Chang here and I was impressed right away by her professionalism and expertise. I actually have a bit of an optical history and she was able to find that out through the tests before I mentioned anything.

Dr. Chang was thorough and took the time to explain everything about my eye health and vision changes. The staff followed up promptly when they received my email appointment request and were very professional on the phone and in person.

Best optometrist experience!

Everyone was so nice, the atmosphere was light and fun. I just got my first ever contacts and everyone was so patient with me while I was trying (and failing) to put them in and take them out. Learned a lot about my eye balls also! Affordable, especially if you’re a student, this is the place to go!

They never rush you out the door like some other places. If you want a doctor that takes the time to find out your problem and needs, you need to come here. They are definitely care oriented!!
